Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a massive and comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The amenities were decent, but additional fees for swimming access were a letdown. Also, the dining experience was less than ideal due to the mix of children in what was supposed to be a fine dining atmosphere. Overall, the hotel needs some improvements, especially in the dining area and transparency about amenities costs.
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and loved it, but this last visit was a letdown. The first-floor bar area was closed and combined with the dining area for families and kids, which turned my evening out into a more chaotic experience than I anticipated. The ambiance has changed, and unfortunately, I'm no longer considering this place for future stays or meals.
We've been loyal guests in the past, but this time around, we felt let down. The bar area on the first floor being closed and combined with the kids’ dining area made it feel more like a nursery than a fine dining experience. We decided to look for other options in town. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore for dinner or accommodation.
I found the hotel to be quite nice with massive and comfy beds. The overall cleanliness and shampoo amenities were a plus. However, I was disappointed that swimming came with an extra fee, which seemed a bit much considering the room price. The COVID protocols were strictly enforced, which added to the atmosphere but could feel a bit restricting at times.
