Mercure Santa Rosa La Pampa Hotel, Santa Rosa (La Pampa)

The hotel has a massive and comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The amenities were decent, but additional fees for swimming access were a letdown. Also, the dining experience was less than ideal due to the mix of children in what was supposed to be a fine dining atmosphere. Overall, the hotel needs some improvements, especially in the dining area and transparency about amenities costs.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and loved it, but this last visit was a letdown. The first-floor bar area was closed and combined with the dining area for families and kids, which turned my evening out into a more chaotic experience than I anticipated. The ambiance has changed, and unfortunately, I'm no longer considering this place for future stays or meals.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore for dinner or accommodation.

However, I was disappointed that swimming came with an extra fee, which seemed a bit much considering the room price.
